The Upward Spiral Collective supports the mental health of our local mountain community through initiatves like our weekly free Art Lab and our homegrown satellite food bank, The Govy Cupboard. We connect folks with resources, promote community growth and development, and offer a soft place to land for locals who are struggling with the common challenges of mountain life.

Our mission is to strengthen community ties through art, movement, and collaboration, to empower individuals to improve their mental health and reduce the rate of suicide in our community. By fostering meaningful interactions and encouraging individual expression, we work to uplift and support locals who have traditionally been painfully under resourced.
